Our Unwind health supplement (formerly special B complex) has been designed to help support the body during times of stress. Unwind includes all of the essential B vitamins in an ideal ratio for the human body (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12).Our Unwind formula contains vitamins C and E, magnesium, calcium, potassium, choline and inositol. For additional stress support, we have also added lecithin granules from non-GM soy. Lecithin contains a natural source of choline, inositol, phosphotidylserine and essential fatty acids such as linolenic and linoleic acid. In addition, we have included reishi in our Unwind health supplement. Reishi is a type of mushroom known as an adaptogen, due to it's proposed balancing qualities.
Description
Unwind provides all of the essential B vitamins. B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 all contribute to normal energy-yeilding metabolsim, while B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B1 contributees to the normal function of the heart. Unwind also contributes to the maintenance of hair and skin as it contains Biotin, B2 and B3.
