The COVID-19 home test requires a throat and nasal swab sample to be collected and sent back to our accredited UK laboratory for testing. Inside your home testing package, you will find:
- A sterile PCR swab
- A request form
- Your name label
- Clear specimen bag
- A self-addressed post-paid envelope to return your sample to us
We will also provide you with a full set of instructions detailing how to collect your sample.
Once you have taken your sample, please use the post-paid envelope to send it to our laboratory.
* Harley Street Healthcare Clinic only offers this test to those who are 16 years old and above. It is not available for under 16.

Samples, once collected should be posted back, using the return packaging provided with the kit. COVID-19 swabs are confirmed acceptable as CATB postal pathology

It is a statutory requirement that laboratories notify - doctors are not expected to notify this information separately.
